One stamped & tested platinum lady's cast antique diamond engagement ring with a cathedral shank with a rhodium plated finish. The Ladies Diamond Engagement Ring is Circa 1915-1935, the Art Deco period. The ring is centered by one Old Mine Cut Diamond, set in a 5.9 mm X 5.4 mm "Fish Tail" mounting. The "Puff" ring top measures 8.35 mm X 9.5 mm. The ring has hand cut piercings throughout the design and hand cut mille grain detailing in all edges. The upswept, cathedral shoulders measure 3.0 mm wide and the shank tapers to 1.48 mm at the bottom. The ring is size 7 1/4. Identified with markings of "10% IRID PLAT". Condition is excellent.
