International Purchasing, Shipping & Returns


Navigate to the bottom left side of our homepage and choose the country where your order will be shipped. This will automatically update the currency to your local one. During checkout, you will have access to local payment methods and will see any applicable taxes and duties. You can also adjust the language in the checkout page.

We display and collect payments in the local currency when you select your shipping country. You will be charged in the currency listed at checkout. All conversion fees are included in price of listed items.

Please note that all ring sizes displayed are U.S. sizes.

e-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the US.  


What countries do we currently ship to?


Shipping times can vary, but most orders are shipped within 2 working days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. Shipping times and options will vary by country. Once you reach checkout your shipping will be calculated in your Cart. DHL is our main service carrier, giving you a standard and Express option. 

You can track your order by clicking the link in your order confirmation email which will be sent out when your order is processed. 

PO Box orders are not valid, and all PO Box orders will be canceled and refunded.



If you are not happy with your purchase Walter Bauman Jeweler’s must be contacted within 7 days. AFTER 7 Days from the delivery of your package all purchases are non-Refundable.

Your original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is 30 USD ($) charged in the currency the order was purchased in and will be deducted from your refund amount. Duties and taxes paid separately at checkout are non-refundable.

We will only accept returns that are returned using the pre-paid shipping label provided to you by us upon return request. Any other return will be refused.


  1. Please First send a return request Email to Title subject line”RETURN with Order #).
  2. In body of email please describe your reason for return. A response will be given with return label within 2 business days.
  3. Once you have received a confirmation email with return label. Repackage item as received and drop of at appropriate postal drop-off. Make sure item is properly/securely packaged. Make sure package is scanned at local post and you are given receipt for confirmation of return. 

Holiday Return Policy: Please note, items ordered between Nov 1st - Dec 31st will have an extended return policy to January 10th.

Upon the return of your purchased item and to be eligible for a refund:

  1. The “NOT-Returnable if Tag Removed” must be Attached to item in its original condition as you received the item. Applies to all items shipped outside of the US with retail value of >$500 USD.
  2. All items must have their additional product tags intact, be in their original condition and returned inside their packaging. Items cannot be sized or altered in any way.

-Jewelry sets must be returned together, unworn and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns of individual items within the set.

-Loose stones must arrive in their original condition and must not have been previously set.

-All Rings, Necklaces, Pendants, Brooches, Charms and Bracelets cannot be engraved, resized or altered in any way, if they are this will be deemed nonrefundable. Made to order sizes are eligible for returns as normal.  

-Travel Pouch If a full order is returned then the jewelry pouch must also be returned, or its retail value will be deducted from any refund.

All items must be returned to us from the same country to which they were delivered.

Defective or Faulty Items

We take every precaution to make sure Defective or faulty items should be returned inside their original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery.

All items returned will be refunded to your original payment method. We are presently unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase another replacement item, you may do this directly on our website.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process your return and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We’ll send you a confirmation email once our team has processed your return, so you know your refund is on the way. 


The way duties, taxes, and other custom’s fees are treated depends on in which country you are receiving shipment.

Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipping destination and the value of your purchase. 

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and includes:

  1. The Sales Tax applied by your country and
  2. Duties charged for processing by your country.

Any duties and taxes collected separately at checkout and/or paid to your local customs authority at the time of your delivery are non-refundable. This is because Walter Bauman Jewelers is unable to recover these fees from your customs authority.
