One electronically tested 18KT yellow gold hand fabricated vintage gemstone and diamond brooch with a original finish. The Brooch is designed in the form of a "Bee". The piece measures 45.65 mm long and 26.73 mm wide. The brooch was retailed by G. Tutunzi in Rome, Circa 1930's, and is accompanied by an original box. The 18K gold brooch has Silver wing covers, set with Imitation Turquoise, and Synthetic Rubies. The thorax section is a Reddish-Brown glass cabochon. The head is a 5.55 mm Akoya Cultured Pearl, with 2 Synthetic Rubies, in tube settings for eyes. The main body is a Pear Shape piece of MOP Shell. The "Stinger" of the Bee is Silver and is set with 3 Rose cut Diamonds. Condition is excellent.
