One stamped & tested 18KT white and yellow gold lady's custom wax & cast gemstone and diamond cocktail ring with a pinch top shank with a bright polish finish. The center Cushion cut natural Yellow Sapphire is prong set within an 18K Yellow gold, closed side, basket mounting with surround of Round Brilliant cut diamonds in carved 4-prong settings. The 2 side Half Moon cut diamonds are set in 3-prong basket mountings in the 18K White gold ring. The ring shank measures 3.1 mm wide at the bottom and tapers to 2.1 mm at the Pinch Top shoulder. The ring is size 6 3/4. Identified with markings of "18K". Condition is like new.
