FREE RETURNS on all orders.

Upon placing an order and prior to shipment, customers may request cancellation or adjust orders prior to shipment on order status/Thank you page. As soon as you receive the immediate order confirmation, you will have access to adjust or cancel your order. as well. Simply log back into WBJ account or click though the WBJ order confirmation email and click on the order you would like to cancel or adjust. This option is NOT available during Fulfillment times Mon-Sat 10am-2pm. 

If a customer receives the incorrect item, damaged by carrier or is defective in any way, Simply request a return and a shipping label will be sent to you for a free return.

Returns can be shipped back anytime or physically returned to our Flagship store at 653 Eagle Rock Ave, West Orange N.J. Open Tues-Fri 10am-6pm, Sat 10am-4pm



    Once you click on the “ORDER RETURN PORTAL” Click on link and enter your order # and zip code associated with your order.

    Walter Bauman Jewelers will accept merchandise for return, unused with the original packaging no more than 21 days after order was Purchased. No restocking fee is charged.

    All refunds will be issued in the form of payment given. Additionally, shipping costs will be fully credited back to original payment given.

    Return Processing Time:

    It may take 2-15 days for your return to reach our store.  Once it is received and inspected (1-2 Business days) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 4 business days.  Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
