One standard acid tested 14KT yellow gold lady's cast gemstone cocktail ring with a textured finish. The ring is centered by an Marquise shaped, Cabochon cut natural Opal set in a 4-prong mounting. There is an inner row of 8 Round cut natural Sapphires set in 4-prong mountings. The Sapphires are assumed to be heat treated. The outer row of 12 Round shaped, Cabochon cut natural Opals is also set in 4-prong mountings. The cast Marquise shaped ring top measures 26.38 mm X 19.08 mm. The under gallery of the ring is designed as a lattice work of "Bamboo". The ring shank is also cast as a "Bamboo" design. The shank measurement varies across the ribs of the design. The ring is size 5 1/2. Condition is excellent.

One white opal that is cut in a marquise shaped cabochon and is prong set, measuring 7.93 mm long x 4.07 mm wide, and 1.78 mm thick and the approximate weight is 0.30 carats. The opal has a somewhat bright, green only play of color (fire) in a flashfire pattern; a low dome; a good cut; ; consistent in its brightness and pattern; and is slightly directional.
Twelve white opals that are cut in a round shaped cabochon and are prong set, measuring 2.15 mm long x 2.15 mm wide, and 1.34 mm thick and the approximate weight is 0.36 carats. The opals have a somewhat bright, green-blue play of color (fire) in a flashfire pattern; a low dome; a good cut; ; consistent in their brightness and pattern; and are slightly directional.
Eight prong set round modified mixed cut natural blue sapphires, measuring 2.30 - 2.30 x 0.00 mm, (depth est.) approximate total weight of 0.32ct., clarity is slightly included, medium dark, strong, blue color, (GIA B 6/5), cut is very good.
