One stamped & tested platinum lady's combination cast & assembled cocktail ring with a high polish finish. One Platinum Lady's Sapphire with Diamond Combination Cocktail Ring, centered by One Modified Round Brilliant Natural Sapphire set in a 4-prong, the sapphire weigh approx. 2.67 Ct, with medium Dark strong violetish Blue color, with Moderate clarity and Very Good cut. Twenty Baguette cut Natural diamonds set in a channel setting on the surround of the sapphire, the diamonds total weigh approx. 0.78 Ct, with SI/1 to SI/2 clarity and H to I color. The Ring head measures is 0.58"x0.54"and the bottom measures 0.07". The ring size is 6 1/2. Identified with markings of "10% IRID PLAT". Condition is good.
