One standard acid tested platinum lady's hand made antique diamond brooch with a hand engraved finish. The Diamond Brooch is Circa 1901-1910, the Edwardian period. The brooch measures 47.12 mm X 18.78 mm. The piece has hand cut curvilinear filigree designs as well as mille graining details on the edges of all the design elements and Diamond settings. The 3 main Old Mine cut Diamonds are bezel set, with the remaining 32 Old Mine cut Diamonds being bead set. The piece has a hand applied gallery edge with cut circular spacers. The main body of the brooch is Platinum. The pin, hinge and clasp are 14k White gold. Condition is excellent.
