The piece features 117 round brilliant cut natural diamonds totaling 2.17 carats, with I–J color, SI2–I1 clarity, and Very Good cut, set in shared-prong mountings. Interspersed are 108 mixed cut natural blue sapphires totaling 3.43 carats, displaying a rich, slightly violetish-blue hue. The gemstones are mounted in alternating diamond-set and sapphire-set oval segments, all secured by a diamond-accented C-shaped clasp with box-and-figure-8 safety.
