At its center rests a square-cut natural blue sapphire, weighing approximately 0.11ct, framed by marquise-shaped diamond accents and fleur-de-lis arms set with round sapphires. Additional round brilliant-cut diamonds accent the design, bringing a total diamond weight of 0.11ctw.
